Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Your Company Ltd ("we", "us") for ad-studio, at app.vaidor.com. By creating an account or using ad-studio, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

ad-studio creates short promotional videos from a product photo, using either an example style or a script you write. The videos are made by third-party AI models. The service is in an early stage and may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use ad-studio for a business, you confirm you can bind it.
• Give us a real email address that you control. Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• One person, one account. Creating several accounts to collect free videos is not allowed, and we may block them.
• Tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account.

Videos, free videos and credits

• New accounts receive a number of free videos, which we may change for future accounts.
• Each video you start uses one credit. If a video cannot be made, the credit is returned to you.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
• Paid plans are not available yet. When they are, the price, currency, taxes, billing period and refund rules will be shown to you before you pay, and they form part of these terms.

Your content

"Your content" means the photos and scripts you provide. You keep your rights in it. You give us permission to store it, process it, and send it to our AI providers so that we can make your videos and run the service.

You promise that:

• you own your content or have the right to use it, including any brands, logos, products, images and people shown in it;
• it does not break the law or anyone's rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy and publicity rights;
• if a photo shows an identifiable person, you have that person's permission to use it in a video.

Your videos

• As between you and us, you own the videos generated for you, to the extent the law allows, and you may use them for your business. The rights of third parties and the terms of our AI providers still apply.
• Videos are made by AI. They may not match your request, may show your product inaccurately, may include errors, and may look like existing content. You are responsible for checking every video before you publish it.
• Some laws and advertising platforms require you to say that content is AI-generated. Following them is up to you.
• Generated videos may carry an invisible marker that identifies them as AI-generated. Do not try to remove it.
• We cannot promise that the same input will give the same result, or that a result will be unique.

What you must not do

• Create content that is illegal, misleading or deceptive, infringing, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or that exploits children.
• Create videos that show real people saying or doing things they did not, or that impersonate a person or organization.
• Advertise products or services that are illegal or that the law or platforms restrict without following those rules.
• Break Google's Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy, which applies to the AI models we use.
• Attack, overload, probe or reverse engineer the service, get around limits or credits, or use bots or scrapers.
• Resell or share your account, or use the service to build a competing service.

Suspension and ending

You can stop using ad-studio at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access, with or without notice, if you break these terms, if we must by law, or to protect the service or others. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

Our rights

We own ad-studio, including its software, design and example videos. These terms give you only the right to use the service as described. If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything.

Availability and disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or fit for a particular purpose, or that videos will meet your needs. We rely on third-party providers, and their outages or changes may affect the service.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data or lost business, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or, if you paid nothing, to USD 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law where you live.

You are responsible for your content and how you use the videos. You agree to cover our reasonable losses from claims by third parties that arise from your content or your breach of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you by email or on the site before it takes effect. If you keep using ad-studio after that, you accept the new terms.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The competent courts of [Tel Aviv-Yafo], Israel have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law where you live gives you the right to go to court elsewhere.
